Omg guiseee, only 5 days to finish the challenge…im not expecting very good results, just saying…dont keep your hopes up too high… last week i really messed up, but fortunately this week has started super healthy :) I ate a slice of spinach tart for lunch and apple slices with honey as an evening snack…i gotta say green apple + honey makes a good combination :P LOL!

Umm kinda, i think we shouldnt only blame the media for creating this “need to be skinny” thing…we feel that pressure becuase society has accepted that image the media provides as “Beauty”
I went rollerblading today instead of dancing for workout :P I had forgotten how much i luv it!!! Its great workout for my fat legs and i enjoy it so much!!! <3 <3 <3

Day Twelve- What do you normally eat? On a normal day NOW (because i used to eat different before i started this) i eat: -like 4 cookies before i go out in the morning -a fruit/sandwich/cereal bar/whatever i feel like eating during my break -chicken tenders/milanesa/veggies or ham & cheese tart/soup(in winter) for lunch -another fruit as a snack in the evening or some cheese :P - milanesas/wok/pasta/chicken/pizza for dinner with the whole family workout song of the day: “Ice Ice Baby”- Vanilla Ice

Mc Donalds, oreos, chocolinas, rex… :( i used to eat any kind of chocolate cookie daily…and Mc Donalds like 3 times a week….i miss it!!! i still eat there once in a while tho :P
Still sick today so didnt workout at all… plus it was mothers day so all my family went out for lunch…i had a healthy chicken and veggies wok but then… my mom made apple pie…my grandma bought croissants…and i lost it…

Yeah they know… my dad helps me stealing food from me :P lol! And my mom is trying to make healthier food too…so yeah they´ve been great about it…my mom is on a strict diet herself but im not into that…Diets end eventually…i wanna make changes in my eating habits so i can kinda “learn” to aet healthier from now on…im not so interested in losing a lot of weight fast

Yes i am doing it for myself!! Its not like anyone told me i was fat so that made me do this..no! Its just a couple of things that have happened recently that made me realize i needed a change of “perspective” when it comes to food… The main reason is that i wanna loose a couple of pounds to feel better about myself but i also wanna prove myself that i can do this…
